Even Studio has launched as an invitation-only platform enabling artists to host music, merch, tickets, and fan experiences on their own domains. The standalone product, unveiled on September 29, 2026, gives artists a direct-to-fan destination while integrating with broader streaming and chart ecosystems. Artists access the EVEN ecosystem through two products: the consumer-facing EVEN Marketplace and the new white-label EVEN Studio.

The platform allows artists to release music, sell pre-orders, host livestreams, and run fan communities from a single owned space. The goal is to help artists bring fans into one place and reduce fragmentation across streaming and social platforms. At launch, Even Studio is available by invitation to artists and their partners. It will sit alongside the existing Even Marketplace in the company's offering.

Pre-order and early access features

A central feature of the Even Studio launch is its reimagined album pre-order system. Artists can give purchasers immediate access to up to four tracks ahead of an album's release, with early-access music rolled out over the course of the campaign. This allows artists to use DSPs for broad reach while offering their biggest fans the option to buy directly for something extra.

All sales through Even Studio are reported to the industry research firm Luminate. Under applicable chart rules, qualifying redeemed album sales can count toward Billboard chart inclusion. Rapper BigXThaPlug has already launched a pre-order campaign for his album 'Better Over Time' on his own domain via Even Studio. His album is set for release on October 30, and two tracks are unlocked immediately upon purchase.

Artist and industry benefits

EVEN positions STUDIO as complementary to streaming, describing its strategy as 'EVEN and streaming, not EVEN or streaming'. A STUDIO site can continue beyond an album’s release, extending into physical merch, community content, livestreams, tour announcements, and ticket access. For labels and managers, every direct purchase can start a permissioned fan relationship for future business. For promoters, it can connect an album buyer directly to live demand.

The platform supports more than 30 global payment methods across 140 currencies, with artists receiving daily payouts and retaining ownership of their fan data. EVEN has onboarded over 500,000 artists across more than 3,000 labels and distributors in over 110 countries. The company has struck key industry partnerships.

EVEN powered the pre-release campaign for J. Cole’s The Fall-Off, which debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 in February 2026. The company continues to build relationships with prominent artists. Joey Bada$$ recently used the platform for a signed vinyl record of his Lonely At The Top mixtape, celebrating EVEN's first anniversary.

CEO Mag Rodriguez appeared with artist LaRussell and manager Tietta Mitchell at the Artist Ally Summit earlier this year. There, he discussed LaRussell selling nearly $500,000 of albums in 16 days on EVEN, a feat fueled by months of livestreams and promotion. Rodriguez summarized the platform's mission. "Artists have built enormous audiences across streaming, social and live, but the relationship with those fans is still fragmented across places they don’t control," he said.

On September 25, 2026, Josh Remsberg was appointed as EVEN’s Head of Commercial Partnerships. He was formerly SVP, Head of Commercial Strategy and Revenue at Warner Records. Even Studio will sit alongside the existing Even Marketplace in the company's offering.
